Named for the father of medieval alchemy, Jābir ibn Hayyān, Geber Hall is the largest dorm for AIMA students. Given its location, Geber Hall is often to expensive for any scholarship students to afford. The result is a concentration of the children of the city's elite supernatural families.

Although practicing magic is officially forbidden in the dorm complex, it's common for pranks to occur in the form of hexes and most residents end up brewing their own drinks for weekend partying.

Situated directly on the convergence of Queens' ley lines, the Queen of Spades is a gentlemen's club like no other. It was originally built for the magical aristocracy of New York when they crossed the Atlantic from the Old World. Though Queens (as it is colloquially known) has since begun allowing lower-class citizens into its ranks, only those of great and surpassing magical ability can pass through its doors.

The members of Queens are a haughty bunch and known for their disapproval of the mundanes, or non-magical humans. Downworlders are blatantly abhorred.

The interior of the club is posh and timelessly classic in style. Gold, red, and white make up the colour scheme. Gambling (often magical in nature), friendly betting and modest displays of talent are the most common activities here.

Board Description
Queens
Unlike Manhattan, the Queens borough was settled and constructed with the use of magic. Many powerful magic users from strong namesakes are born here, as the borough still overflows with magic. The citizens respect the magic that makes up their city, and so their city returns their respects—slanderous graffiti littering the sides of buildings is magically wiped clean within the hour, trash and grime that line the busy roadsides disappears with the blink of an eye, and pickpockets targeting innocents suddenly find cuffs around their wrists and a police officer around the corner. However, the air in the city has become tense. With the constant friction between the downworlders, a type of magic folk in their own right, the city isn’t sure where it sides.
